In this conversation, you will practice reading and repeating basic Russian words and phrases. Please focus on pronunciation and intonation; take your time reading and repeating the words together. The key grammar concept in Topic 1 is the gender of Russian nouns. When you read a card with a noun, ask your partner to say the gender of the word you've read: дом - он, собака - она, письмо - оно.
